You can permanently delete your Rana eSports account at any time, free of charge, and without giving up any other rights. Once your request is verified, your profile, chats, team-finder cards, subscription history, and every other piece of personal data linked to your account are permanently erased from our systems. Deletion cannot be undone, so please be certain before you send your request.

How To Request Deletion — 3 Simple Steps

  1. Choose a channel. Contact us in whichever way is easiest for you:
  2. Send the required details. Copy the message below, fill in your username and registered mobile number, and add your reason for leaving.
  3. We verify, then delete. Once we confirm the request is really from you, we permanently delete your account and every detail tied to it, and send you a confirmation.

What You Must Include In Your Request

For your own security, we only act on deletion requests that include the following — this is how we confirm the request is genuinely coming from the account owner and not someone else:

  • Your registered username
  • Your registered mobile number (the one tied to your account)
  • A short reason for deletion (one line is enough)

Why We Ask For A Reason

Telling us why you're leaving isn't meant to talk you out of it — it helps us verify the request is genuinely from you and helps us keep improving Rana eSports for the rest of the community. A one-line reason is enough, for example "no longer playing Free Fire," "switching accounts," or "privacy reasons."

How Long It Takes

Once your request is verified, we delete your account in 72 hours in most cases. The maximum processing time is 3 business days from a verified request. You'll receive a confirmation message the moment your account and data have been fully and permanently removed.

What Gets Deleted

Once verified, we permanently delete your profile (name, username, IGN, UID, role, bio, avatar), your chat and team messages, your team-finder cards, your notifications, and your subscription history from our active systems.

One Legal Exception

We may retain minimal transaction records where required under applicable Indian law (for example, billing and tax records under the Income Tax Act and GST regulations) strictly for the legally mandated retention period, after which they too are permanently deleted. Everything else about you is gone within 3 business days.
